Visions often linger far in the distance as vague considerations for the future. However, for s.Oliver, "vision 2015" has already become a reality in 2011. The fashion label’s new website doesn’t just show s.Oliver fashion at its best: it also brings the brand into the digital future today.
The concept for the re-designed website is ground-breaking. It is "next"! Even at first glance, it is clear that the site offers a completely different kind of information and discovery. At s.oliver.com, visitors can now find a "one-page web presence". Various topic areas are shown here next to each other, with no division according to the usual organisation patterns. The design is oriented to the current user behaviour among the target group and also allows for future development.
In terms of technology, the pages are based on the HTML-based Yii framework and jQuery. This means the pages can also be displayed on mobile devices without any problems. Flash content is created with HTML fallbacks to ensure compatibility. Extensive technical data processing guarantees sustainable use and the linking of all s.Oliver online worlds.
