As the largest training provider in Vorarlberg with over 400 apprentices and 100 trainers, the training platform holds a special importance for the global market leader in hardware solutions. It is therefore all the more important to attract the right candidates for the right apprenticeship. This is exactly where the career page comes in: it introduces school leavers to the diverse training opportunities at Blum – through UX and UI design, target-group-specific functionality and conversion funnels that present relevant recruiting content in a contemporary, engaging look.
Developed in an agile Scrum workflow and validated through extensive, ongoing user testing, the platform is the centrepiece of employer branding efforts for apprenticeships at Blum – precisely tailored to the needs of its users.

Career page with targeted conversion optimisation
The education hub introduces apprenticeship opportunities at Blum in a playful way. One key focus is joy of use: scroll-based animations and illustrations guide prospective applicants through the hub, while an intuitive user experience provides quick access to the recruiting content they are looking for.
At the same time, targeted conversion optimisation is essential for the business: to make it as easy as possible to navigate between the different training options, users are guided through an optimised conversion funnel into the individual training areas.
